Privacy Notice
The short version: we collect only what you choose to send us, we use it to answer you and do the work you ask for, and we never sell it.
This notice explains how Upfront Consulting with Tiff & Reco LLC ("Upfront," "we," "us") handles information on this website and the related Upfront sites that link here. We're a virtual company serving businesses nationwide.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you fill out a form, email us, call or text us, or book a call, we receive what you share, such as your name, business name, email, phone number, website and your message.
- Free tools. If you use a free tool such as the Website Lead Score or the Leak Check, we receive the website or answers you enter, and your email if you choose to give it.
- Purchases. Products are sold through our checkout provider (Payhip, with payments by Stripe or PayPal). They send us your name, email and what you bought. We never see or store your full card number.
- Basic technical data. Our website host and form provider automatically log standard details such as your browser type, pages visited and IP address, to deliver the site and stop spam.
How we use it
- To reply to you and set up the call or service you asked about.
- To deliver and support work you've hired us for, and to send receipts and invoices.
- To follow up about your request. You can tell us to stop at any time.
- To keep our sites secure and working.
We use AI tools to help draft replies and prepare our work. A person at Upfront reviews what goes to you, and any AI that talks with you directly will say it's Upfront's AI assistant.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it for others' advertising. We share it only with the service providers that run our business for us, and only so they can do that job:
- HubSpot (website forms and our customer records)
- Google (website hosting, email and secure storage)
- Payhip, Stripe and PayPal (checkout and payments)
- Meta (if you message our Facebook Page or Instagram account)
We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
Cookies
Our form and checkout providers use cookies that the forms and checkout need to work and to block spam. We don't run advertising trackers on this site. If we add analytics or advertising tools later, we'll update this notice first.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry records for as long as they're useful for following up, and client and payment records for as long as tax and business laws require. Then we delete them.
Your choices
- Ask us what information we have about you.
- Ask us to correct it or delete it.
- Ask us to stop contacting you.
Email upfrontconsultingwithtr@gmail.com with "Privacy request" in the subject. We'll reply within 30 days. Some details may need to be kept for legal or tax reasons, and we'll tell you if so.
Security
We use reputable providers, keep access limited to the people who need it, and use secure connections. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send passwords or full card numbers through our forms or email.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this notice, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
