About us
Reco and Tiffany each spent several years living in Florida before moving back home, where they met two years ago. The partnership they have built since then rests on faith, trust and family, and it carries into everything they do in business. They make decisions together, hold each other accountable and share one vision for what they're building.
They also share a love of travel, boating, sports, technology and well-run operations. Those interests shape the experience they want every client to have: calm, organized and clear about where you're headed.
Founder · Leadership & Client Experience
Reco is at his best when the stakes are high. For several years he captained a 50-foot yacht in the Florida Keys and the Caribbean, where he was responsible for the safety of everyone on board, the condition of the vessel and the experience of every guest. He read changing weather and water, made fast calls and owned the outcome of every trip.
He has also worked as a machine operator and as a travel agent, so he knows equipment, safety procedures and what great customer care looks like. Reco makes decisions on logic and facts, stays composed in tough negotiations, and once he commits to something, he finds a way.
Founder · Systems, Process & Technology
Tiffany brings more than 10 years of leadership experience building and running operations from the ground up. She has built phone systems and call center dialers, built and run call centers and accounts receivable teams, run a legal document department, and led multiple departments at once with hundreds of people reporting to her.
She has also managed marketing and lead generation, so she knows how to bring new customers in and how to build the operation that serves them once they arrive.
She takes an idea, breaks it into parts and builds a clear path to get it done, spotting where things could break and putting systems in place before they do. Her degree in applied science, focused on programming and web applications, from Ranken Technical College means she can design and build the technology a business runs on as well as manage it.
Reco keeps the business on course. Tiffany builds the engine that gets it there.
