The work is done. So why isn't it billed yet?

Upfront Consulting with Tiff & Reco LLC is a new virtual operations firm serving businesses nationwide. We map how an order moves from quote to cash and fix the handoffs where it gets stuck.

  • Fixed prices
  • Your tools first
  • A roadmap you keep

Sound familiar?

Where work gets stuck between the floor and the office

These show up when a business grows faster than the way it passes work along.

  • The quote gets approved, and then someone types the whole order in again.
  • Checking where a load or job stands means a call or a text.
  • Signed paperwork takes days to reach billing, and extra charges slip through.
  • The real schedule is a spreadsheet, and one person knows how it works.
  • Customers pay late, and nobody owns the follow-up until cash gets tight.
  • New hires learn by shadowing whoever has time that week.

These aren't people problems. They're handoff problems, and handoffs can be mapped and fixed.

What we do about it

How we fix the handoffs from quote to cash

We start with how your business runs today and the tools you already own. We don't sell software.

Integrate

Connect the systems you have

We connect quoting, order entry, dispatch or job tracking, and billing where your tools allow, so less of each order gets typed in twice.

  • Clear quote-to-order handoff rules
  • Automations between the systems you already use
  • Schedule spreadsheets that more than one person can run

Connect

One place to check status

We set up a simple way for drivers, crews and the shop to report progress, so the office can see where things stand.

  • Agreed status steps, from scheduled to done
  • Proof of delivery or job sign-off routed to billing
  • Extra charges and change orders captured when they happen

Strengthen

Billing and collections on a schedule

We lay out who bills what, when reminders go out, and who follows up on late payments.

  • Invoice checklists and timing
  • A reminder and follow-up routine
  • An unpaid-invoice report someone reviews every week

Document

Procedures a new hire can follow

We write down how the work really gets done, so training doesn't depend on who has time that week.

  • Step-by-step procedures and checklists
  • Onboarding guides for office, dispatch and floor roles
  • A named owner for every handoff

How we start

A free call first, then a $750 Checkup

The Checkup shows where your handoffs break. Then you decide what, if anything, comes next.

  1. Free · 20 minutes

    Talk it through

By video or phone. Tell us where work gets stuck, and we'll tell you plainly whether we can help.

  2. Before the Checkup

    Pick an example

Choose a recent load, order or job. Leave out customer names and prices. We only need the steps.

  3. 2-hour working session

    Walk it end to end

On-site at your shop, yard or office, or by video. We follow it from quote to collections and write down every gap.

  4. After the session

    Get your plan

A written report of gaps and quick wins, and a prioritized 90-day roadmap. You keep it either way.

Questions

Questions for shops, fleets and crews

Do we have to buy new software?
Only if it clearly fits. We don't sell software, and we start with the tools you already own.
Will you come to our shop, yard or office?
Yes, when it helps. We're a virtual company, and the Checkup can be by video or on-site anywhere in the U.S. Travel is billed at cost, with your approval first. On-site, we follow your safety rules.
Do you handle DOT, safety or tax compliance?
No. We aren't compliance, legal or tax advisors. We work within the rules your business already follows and bring in your attorney or CPA where needed.
You're a new firm. Why trust you?
We're new, and we'll always tell you that up front. Tiffany built and ran call centers and accounts receivable teams. Reco is a former forklift-certified machine operator. Prices are posted, scope is fixed in writing, and you keep the roadmap either way.
