Four things you should know before you apply
New firm, real experience
We started in 2026. Tiffany brings 10+ years of building call centers, collections teams and operations departments. Reco leads sales.
No base pay
This role pays commission only. If you need guaranteed hourly pay right now, this isn't the right fit, and that's okay.
You never pay us
No fees, no training costs, no starter kits. If anyone asks you for money in our name, it isn't us.
Paid fast, in writing
Your pay plan is in a signed agreement. We pay within 7 days after a client's payment clears, with a statement listing every sale.
The role
You open the door. We do the work.
We help small and mid-size businesses fix how calls, scheduling, billing and follow-up run. Your job is to start those conversations.
What you'll do
- Call business main lines from our list of 250+ researched companies. Each lead comes with who to ask for and a ready opener.
- Book and run free 20-minute discovery calls by phone or video.
- Recommend the $750 Operations Checkup when it fits. We send the agreement and invoice, and the client pays us directly. You never handle money.
- Log every call in a shared call sheet the same day.

Pay plan

| Projects and monthly plans that client buys in the 90 days after their first payment | 10% of what they pay us |
When you're paid: within 7 days after the client's payment clears, by Zelle or PayPal, with a statement.
Your leads: a lead is yours for 60 days after you log a real conversation with the decision maker.
If you move on: sales from your leads that close within 30 days after you leave still pay you.
Refunds: if a client is refunded, that commission comes off a later payout.
Example: sell three Checkups in a month and you earn $450 for that month. Your earnings depend entirely on your sales. Nothing is guaranteed, and we'll never tell you otherwise.
You're a fit if
You love the phone and you're organized
- You have 2+ years in phone sales, appointment setting, inside sales or a call center.
- You enjoy talking with business owners and can hear "no" and still smile on the next dial.
- You can give it at least 10 hours a week between 8 AM and 5 PM Central, when our leads are open.
- You have your own phone, computer and a quiet place to call from.
- You live in the US. For now we can't contract with reps in California, Massachusetts or New Jersey.
- You're comfortable working as an independent contractor and handling your own taxes.

Train and get certified
Rep Academy takes about 45 minutes: what we sell, the calling rules, the call and the close. Then pass a 12-question certification. You can start it the moment you apply.
Accept the agreement
If you're a fit, your portal shows the rep agreement. Read it and accept it online.
Start calling
Your first 50 researched leads appear in your portal, with a call log, your numbers and coaching notes. The first two weeks are a trial.
Our AI hiring assistant reviews every application within 3 business days and posts your status in your Rep Portal. We'll ask for your W-9 before your first payout.
